Naturalization Ceremony

Naturalization Ceremony

The County Clerk’s Office plays an important role in the naturalizing of new citizens in Ulster County. Several times each year, Ulster County Clerk Nina Postupack is honored with the role of administering the Oath of Allegiance to new citizens who then gain the rights and privileges afforded to most Americans by birth.

Please see our Calendar of Events for the next ceremony date and time.

At this time, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services is only allowing one guest per candidate to attend an indoor ceremony, unless the candidate is required to have an interpreter or needs physical assistance.
