- Ulster County Clerk Nina Postupack was pleased to welcome the family of Gale Brownlee to the County Office Building last week. They viewed the Women’s History Month exhibit panel and shared stories about Gale and all of her many adventures. The office is happy to bring Gale’s important contributions to light.The exhibit panel will remain on display in the lobby of the County Office Building through the end of March.

Sojourner Truth’s documents on display in Celebration of Black History Month
In celebration of Black History Month, the Ulster County Surrogates Court and Ulster County Clerk's Office have worked together to present an exhibit on the life of Sojourner Truth in Ulster County. The exhibit is on display in the Courtroom of the Surrogates Court in the Ulster County Office Building, 244 Fair Street, 3rd Floor, Kingston.

Kingston, NY - Ulster County Clerk Nina Postupack is pleased to announce the opening of the Matthewis Persen House Museum & Cultural Heritage Center’s 2021 season on Thursday, June 17. The Persen House is located at the corner of Crown and John Streets in uptown Kingston’s Stockade National Historic District. The house will be open for the summer season on Thursdays & Fridays, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Saturdays, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
